It is a good product. I used to take 2 capsules daily for one and a half container. Then I reduced to one capsule per day and my dryness issues and burning sensation are no more bothering me. I recommend it

This stuff really works. Its pretty fast acting, very easy to use, I take it only when needed or planning on being active the same day, even 30 mins before and it works.. everyone is different so play around with them to see what works for you.. I highly suggest buying a waterproof blanket with these pills. Drink plenty of water bc you will need it. Never had stomach issues with these and I have a sensitive stomach. If it brothers your stomach try eating something first. Theres no taste. These are definitely worth the price. I'm back on here to buy another bottle.
