Easy to swallow but as for doing anything has not been taking long enough to notice yet.

I feel like I have more energy after two weeks of taking

Been under a lot of stress last 2 years. Result was no energy, dragging myself thru day and lack of mental clarity. So much so I put in for early retirement as an IT professional. I couldn’t think clearly anymore. Just thought it was old age. Been taking for 2 weeks after I quit taking statins for high cholesterol about a month ago. It’s amazing how fast I started feeling and thinking better. If you’re on statins, take a good look at possible side effects. They mimic old age complaints. I’m hoping the mushrooms will manage my cholesterol without additional meds. Highly recommend. Almost feel like cancelling retirement. Instead I’ll just appreciate feeling good in retirement.

This item came quick, like the next day. The packaging was great. The reviews were great. Its a 25 in 1 Complex, Organic, GMP certified and more. Thus, these are very important. I have not started it yet but I will return later to tell about results.
