2014 Sierra 117k. Works perfect. Wish I bought it sooner. Literally plug and play. Love the low profile design. It's virtually out of sight while plugged in. Just went on a 90 mile trip, rolling 80 on the interstate with an average 18 mpg. Was never an AFM fan. Weird low speed, in town hesitation and shifting eliminated. This device did exactly as advertised. I now run 5w30 oil that really helped quiet the valve train.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I chose this product over others because it is American made so I know the quality is there. It also does not drain your battery so there is no need to ever unplug it. It does exactly as advertised. I have been experiencing a very rough idle, throttle lag, and when stopped at a light the rpms would suddenly plummet (as if it was going to stall). I plugged it in and all that went away. Keep in mind, if your lifter(s) and cam are already damaged this device wont reverse it. What happens when 4 cylinders are shut down is the rollers are able to twist and get jammed which can damage lifters and cam. The entire AFM system is ridiculous and needs to be discontinued. For now, at least we have Max Cylinder AFM/DFM Disabler!

Easy to install - plug it in and go. On my 2013 Silverado 1500 5.3 it works well. It keeps the truck in V8 mode so there's no clunky transition from V4 to V8 anymore. It's a noticeably smoother driving experience. If I wanted better gas mileage I would have chosen a smaller car. I'm saving up for a full AFM delete but this has done well so far.

I received this fairly quickly, it took two days instead of next day I thought I was getting. The disabler was very easy to install, just plug into OBD port. It is low profile so it is not seen. I have only driven with it for a couple of days and it works as expected, but too soon to see any change in gas mileage.

Works great in my 2020 GMC Denali 6.2 . Did away with the start/stop function and no more kicking down to 4 cylinders. Stays in V8 mode all the time.

Installed it 1200 miles ago and it working as advertised. (I bought this unit after returning a cheaper one that drained my battery.) This unit does not appear to cause any problems and is worth the extra money.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: seemed to work as it should. love how compact it is. never has any issue with draining the battery and my truck isn't used much

Great hack. Works great on my GMC Sierra. Just plug it in and go. No weird acceleration issues any longer. Spend a bit more and get something solid and solid this device is. Highly recommend this.
