I am not sure if glucoasmine works or is a fad. That said, the size of these pills is ENORMOUS and that alone stopped me from continuing to find out.

I've been taking joint health tablets for years and they do work for me but if I run out my knees and fingers ache after a few days without.I recently ran out then had a heart attack (not related) so I didn't buy any more until talking to my cardiologist about interaction with my statin, blood thinner and aspirin. He said it'd be fine.One side effect of statins is achy joints and boy did I get the side effect . After going back to work my left knee was killing me along with other aches that Tylenol at the end of the day easily took care of. I got my first paycheck after returning to work and immediately bought a bottle of these because I'd read numerous stories of how they don't take weeks to start feeling results. I went Amazon route because of Covid and they showed up a day early from promised date. I took one when I opened the package that evening and I actually slept better that night because my knee was less stiff and achy. The next day at work my knee was less stiff all day and my range of motion is noticeably greater.I've signed up for monthly delivery because they're worth a little extra per pill vs generic stuff I took for years I'm finding already.I went with
