Nutural World - Coconut Cream (1kg) Great Taste Award Winner

I was looking for a non-dairy creamer to add to my fatty coffees (have been keto for many many years). Initially I was put off a bit by the review of a buyer here on amazon who said that (according to label) the carb content was too high for their keto lifestyle. Luckily however I spotted the reply by the manufacturer who said that some of the carb content was fibre ie. non digestible carbs, in other words, carbs which the body can't use (other than as prebiotic food for bacteria in the gut - a good thing!). I thought I'd give this a try and I'm now already on my 2nd tub (arrived today). I even carry some of this product in a small tub with me (like I do with my MCT oil) in my handbag in case i'm on the road and in need of a keto coffee. I cannot recommend this product highly enough, it is fantastic. I don't know how many of you are looking for a keto creamer to use in a bulletproof type fatty coffee (like me) - but if like me you've been keto for a while, you know that labels can be a bit hit and miss, and there's nothing like a ketone meter or even ketostix to feedback on your carb intake. Well I can tell you that even with 1.5 tablespoons (!) of this product, I'm still in the darkest keto zone 2 hours after my morning coffee. I take my fatty coffee in a 0.6ml carry bottle (so I can shake it, to disperse the fats in it) and i've settled on adding 1 full tablespoon of this creamer to the coffee. The positives are: the flavour is divine, even ON ITS OWN, ie as a spread (on crackers), or put with some vegetables; my husband eats it straight from the tub. In taste, when taken on its own, t's a bit reminiscent of the best known brand of high-fat coconut yoghurt. I love the texture and I love the fibre in it too - tbh as a keto-er, fibre is really helpful, and i'm always looking to add a bit more (indigestible) fibre to my diet. And it's not like there are 'bits' in the coffee: you can't see the bits, you cannot even taste them in the drink, but actually, yet I'm somehow aware that they are there, I can't explain how, a little less smooth than just coffee, but not in any way disturbing, and I sure hope this will not put you off from trying! It honestly is wonderful and everyone should try this, and maybe you find that the rest of your fam will go for this as a healthy replacement for sugar-me-stoopid chocolate spreads!! Basically, in 2 words: thumbs up!

This has a really smooth creamy texture. I have put it in rice, pasta and curry dishes and depending on the strengths of the other flavours used, it adds flavour and/or a creaminess, helping to take away an acidic taste, or calming heat in a dish. I find that through most of the year it lasts at least the 3 months on the label. This is quite a solid product but can be dug out with a spoon. It is a little pricey but is worth the money.

For Thin Milk: Whisk 1 tablespoon of the solid cream into 250ml (1 cup) of hot water until smooth. For Thick Cream (Double Cream Style): Whisk 3 tablespoons into 250ml of hot water. This is my go-to method for a rich, frothy coffee creamer that is easy on the stomach and provides long-lasting energy.

Amazing coconut product I don't normally leave reviews but felt here that I simply HAD to! This coconut cream has been the perfect addition to my cupboard for a while now! I never used to love coconut but since trying to cut out dairy in my diet I've been looking for a go-to ingredient to make dishes richer and creamier. This is perfect for adding to curries! To be honest I also just spoon in out of the jar as a late-night snack to avoid binge eating too! The texture's absolutely gorgeous, and it really is very rich and creamy. It suits me as I can use it as/when necessary. I would say it's quite solid at first but with a hot spoon or a few seconds in the microwave it's perfectly fine. Delivery was speedy and it feels great to support a local UK artisan business!

As others said, it is truly delicious. I melted it lightly in a hot water bath for a few minutes, stirred it and cooled it before putting away in the lowest cupboard.

I’m finishing up my first jar and I’m going to order my second. Ten seconds in the microwave for the first time use and it’s ready to go. It’s pure coconut cream, it’s very spreadable and is delicious. I have been using it on toast and bagels; but today I’m trying it on a baked sweet potato, my daughter says it’s delicious.
