Smooth iced tea. Wow! So easy. Yes, I use Lousianne Iced Tea bags. 3 - two cup tea bags on strong. It turned out perfect with 6 cups of water. Filled most of the way with ice. It’s great to have iced tea without having it watered down with more ice.I was a bit skeptical about whether or not it was tempered glass. Yes! It held up perfectly. It’s quite cute. Takes up a small footprint on my counter.We are quite happy with it.

Like this product as we use it almost every day. Easy and like the pitcher.

I could not fill the pitcher up. No instructions on how to do it.It looks very nice but I am returning it.The box it came in was all torn, and no packing slip. I don't know if I will be able to return it with out a packing slip. Time will tell.

I bought this tea maker to replace a different brand that had a problem with the descaling process. This one is a very sturdy machine, and it makes delicious iced tea, but I only give it three stars because of a couple of issues. First, the instruction manual tells you to add "the proper amount" of tea to the basket but doesn't tell you what that amount is. And when I emailed customer service to ask, they never replied. That makes me wonder if I'd ever hear from them if I have other problems. Fortunately, when I used the same amount of tea the older machine called for, it worked. The second issue is that when you're adding water, the window on the side of the machine is unreadable, and it took some trial and error to figure out how much water to use. If you can put up with these issues, it's a good machine, but you shouldn't have to put up with those issues.

I end up adding almost 2 cups of water near the end of brewing to fill the carafe!

Doesn’t work as expected

Definitely a must have for the hot summer months. I was highly impressed by this new upgraded version of an iced coffee maker. Brews easily, adjusts for ice melting etc., plenty of settings to make sure everyone is happy. You might have to try it a few times to figure out what works best for your own personal taste, but it's worth it.

Tea maker looks nice however the tea tasted terrible. It does not give you any measurements so we tried multiple times and it just did not taste right. It also makes a small amount and you have to be really careful with the pitcher. Returned, not worth the price tag.
