Recommend spending few minutes going over the instructions and the parts (maybe watch a clip or two on YT) to ease the installation process. It was exactly as described in the instructions and so overall it was a painless and fairly quick experience. Keypad was smaller than I thought but it held on tight and secure so no issue there. Satisfied with the purchase and how it's functioning so far.

Nice lock. Not able to work with Alexa, but otherwise OK. Customer support was no help.

Easy to install as long has you are replacing existing door lock. It has options for differently cut door holes has well as three different lengths of screws for the width of the door. Easy programing as well, with a wonderful diagram to make programing fast. Yale is now owned by a company based in Stockholm, Sweden since 2023

After trying some of the other brands, I’ve never heard of. From countries I’ve never traveled to. I chose this Yale version and I’m very satisfied with it.

This lock is beautiful like all the Yale products. That's where the good stuff starts and ends. Everything else about this lock was a disaster. I have the predecessor to this lock on my back door and a cheaper Yale on my garage access door, and multiple yales I've installed for friends and family, so when I got this lock I expected the same ease of installation I've come to expect from Yale but not one thing about this lock fits right. Not. One. Thing. There's a plastic ring that I think is supposed to align it in the door cutout, that make s it so it's impossible to mate it to the back plate. After I finally got that collar off I was able to get the alignment pins in, only to find out that the screw holes that go through the bolt itself do not line up. At all. I spent several hours trying to get this to work. Wide ing the holes on the backplate to get the screw to go through straight but onelce I finally got it to go through the hole on the other side is just far enough off that you can't mate it to the front. Of course now that I've broken the plastic collar off and reamed out the hardware I can't return it so the best I could do was seat the thing with only 1 screw into the front as tight as I can get it because there is physically no way to seat the second screw. I'm going to end up swapping this lock with the one on my detached garage because I don't. Trust this thing with only 1 screw in it TLDR. The hardware tolerances are terrible and I can't get this lock to work as designed without heavily modifying the latch bolt and back plate. I've never seen a Yale product so poorly designed. Yale makes many many fantastic products. This is not one of them

Work well, smooth. Follow directs step by step. Security is very much dependent on the door itself. Steel door or a steel reinforcement plate a must.

Very easy to operate and to install.
