Great for family fun time!
We bought the Nex Playground a few weeks ago, and it’s quickly become one of our favorite things in the house! My kids absolutely love it—it gets them off the couch and moving around, which is a huge win for me as a parent. The setup was super simple—just plug it into the TV, and it was ready to go. No controllers needed, which is amazing (no more losing them under the couch!). The camera tracks their movements really well, and the games are so fun and easy to play.Their favorites so far are Peppa Pig Jump & Giggle and Fruit Ninja. I even caught myself playing and breaking a little sweat! 😄 It’s also great knowing that the games are safe, age-appropriate, and don’t have ads or anything weird popping up.We did decide to get the Play Pass subscription to unlock more games, and honestly, it’s been worth it. There’s enough variety to keep things interesting, and they’re always adding more.Overall, I highly recommend the Nex Playground to any family with younger kids. It’s fun, active, and feels like guilt-free screen time!

Most fun game system ever!
This is my kids favorite gaming console! I have 5 kids, ages 2-10 years old, and they all play the Playground in one way or another. I love that all the games have the kids up and moving vs sitting. Also, I love the assortment of games they offer us! Young enough my 2 year old can participate and advanced enough my oldest kids are happy! We have even taken it to youth group for game nights, and the teens loved it! Graphics are ok compared to Nintendo switch… these are more like high end Wii… but for us, it’s more about the inclusivity and activity vs tech design. Also, it’s easy to travel with. No need to a bunch of chargers or game cases! Just grab the hdmi cable and the charger/remote and go!

If you are thinking about it, then DO IT! Nex Playground takes screen time to a new level!
I just had to write a review on this product. I knew very little about this before purchasing other than a glance at a facebook post or something regarding the Nex but my wife and I had been convicted over the amount of screen time our girls wanted in their lives and thought this could be a way to keep them active and enjoy screens at the same time. If you are on the fence about this product, BUY IT! We purchased this Christmas of 2024 as a gift to both our girls and it was an immediate, AND LASTING, success. There is an entire community supporting this product for all the right reasons and now we are even seeing some educational content coming out (i.e. the map dart game) that is engaging and is helping my kids to learn at the same time. The yearly subscription fee is well worth it (honestly, i would have spent more on apps in the course of a year) but the activity involved makes this such a great product. My oldest loves laser dodge which is one of the most active games on the platform and gets you working up a sweat in no time. There is also no limit to the age that someone would enjoy this product. We recently took it on a family vacation and had anyone ages 4 through 70 enjoying time on it. Thank you Nex!!!!!!

Tons of fun! Highly recommend!
I got the Nex Playground for Christmas for my kids (ages 7 & 11). We don't do video games at our house, but since this was an active and interactive game console, I thought I'd give it a try. I'm glad I did--they have loved it so much! They play together and against each on it all the time! It's great active fun for rainy days. The cube did randomly stop working a few weeks ago, and after troubleshooting, I contacted customer support. They responded immediately and sent a new cube that arrived 2 days later. They even followed back up to make sure everything with the new cube was fine. EXCELLENT customer service!

The best game for mobility, exercise and happy faces !
Amazing !!! I was looking for something that would get my son and daughter moving. My son loves games but he spends all his time sitting in chair, doing absolutely nothing and his health/physical appearance has sadly been affected due to lack of mobility. I’ve spent thousands of dollar trying to motivate him to get outside, play with toys, etc and he seems to ONLY want to sit in his room playing PlayStation which is putting so much weight on him. I’ve been worried and thought I’d try this as it seems to get the body moving. Well, it’s a hit with both my kids and my son is definitely up and moving. He absolutely loves this game and what’s even more impressive is so do the adults ( who could also use a bit of exercise ) that live in my house. What a huge win for our family ! I love seeing everyone up, smiles on their faces and moving their bodies ! Can’t go wrong here, worth every penny and super easy to set up. Literally a cave man could set up this thing.Highly recommend !

Lots of fun. Great idea, great initial product release. Look forward to seeing how Nex develops.
I was skeptical at first but am sincerely impressed. My three year old loves it and keeps him and me moving a lot! Subscription is a little pricey, but they do offer a good amount of games and looks like they are developing more. Would recommend to anyone with children under 14-15 years old, as I suspect by then kids may lose interest, but theoretically could be viable for any age.
