Actually tastes like strawberry I haven’t been consistent with it but the few days I gave my 6 year old daughter a small amount before bed she slept well and seemed to have a good day. I also slept but need more consistency to see if this helps on stressful days

This stuff seems to be working great for my son but with my recent order I chose to get 2 bottles at once and the difference in the amount inside the bottles is substantial. Especially when you consider the dosage is in ml. Pretty frustrating. This stuff isn't cheap.

Two ampules in my morning green tea tastes great (really doesn’t change the flavor much at all, but definitely doesn’t make it taste worse).

After trying a multitude of supplements to help our kids calm their bodies during school we tried this saffron extract. I can’t recommend it enough! It seemed like the day we started using it we noticed better behavior at school… and I’m so thankful! Most of my kids love the taste, a couple are neutral, but nobody hates it. If you have a child (or children) with ADHD that struggle to control their bodies at school, give this a try. Obviously, check with your doctor and do your own research. But, for our family, this is effective and has a tremendous calming effect for our kids.
