I forgot my phone was on top of the car. It flew off and landed on the ground in the middle of a busy intersection. The only damage was a little scratch on the side of impact. That's it. No other damage! And, the speaker is wonderfully LOUD.

This is packaged nicely. Great box, beautiful presentation, it's nice that it gives you a glass screen protector too. This is a hefty smartphone! It is slightly thinner than the power armor 16. The battery is very solid! It lasts about 3 days with regular use. (Facebook, surfing, video watching, texting, and a 12 hour shift.) I charge it on the 4th day. The speaker is loud and punchy. It does have nice sound, it's clear, and there's significant bass. Cell reception is decent, wifi quality is decent. It does what it's supposed to do as a phone. It does have some weight to it, it is thick. But most of that is because of the large battery and that "Chungus" speaker in The back of it. The cameras are decent. It does the job. The pictures are good quality and it looks decent. It will catch a sunset or a sunrise or scenery fine. (With the right settings) The phone is nice. Thank you.

Heavy duty phone! Have a huge light and awesome speaker. Great for camping and hiking. People have told me it's a bit hard to hear me on the phone though. But it's worth the price.

I wanted to love this phone, the RAM upgrade was well needed and that alone would have solved 1 of two big issues (the second is that it had no DAC chip making it's usage with headphones anemic in comparison to my iphone 6 despite the 16 series being marketed to music lovers) the Armor 16 Pro had. However visiting Bellingham (with an unlimited Canada-US data plan) from Canada it had almost no data to the point where even the map app would not run and that issue forced me to get a refund. There are other issues it had that the 16 pro did not such as the orange function button being kinda buggy (I have the short press as the flashlight and it would have inconsistent time delays that would backlog) and the mic had an awful echo that made calling difficult, all that the 16 pro didn't suffer from. Asides from the mic I believe the rest are software issues since they also upgraded the OS from 12 to 13 and hopefully they get patched soon as I want to buy it again.
