People said there’s was plastic but mine is definitely not. It works great and my bread is perfect!

I initially ordered two sets of these banneton baskets and was really happy with them — they were exactly as described, sturdy, and the right 9-inch size. Because I liked them, I ordered two more sets a few days later. Unfortunately, the second order was a completely different product. They sent a cheaper, smaller version that is not the same as the first, and definitely not 9 inches like listed. I’m super upset — this feels misleading and dishonest. I expected consistency when reordering the exact same item. I’ll be requesting a refund. Also, like everyone has started, these are made out of PLASTIC.
