I bought this last year and I had so many issues with the pump flow it was frustrating. This year I bought a new bigger pump and I am in love with this heater. The other day the water was actually too warm. It's only June in the pacific northwest and I have been in the pool every day for the last week!

This heater doesn’t work, I took months setting up my pool and ordered this so my kids could swim in warmer water. Took about a month till I could hook it up and it does not work. The plugs are in correct way. I even tried to google it and mine doesn’t work. Tried to contact Amazon for refund but it’s past the window. Total BS and stealing money. My buttons don’t even work once it’s on, it does nothing I can’t even toggle up or down. I tried to YouTube but the ones online don’t even have the same panel as the one I got, so I have nothing to assist,

To start, no. This heater will not make your pool feel like a hot tub. Nevertheless, we swam on summer nights when the temp dropped to around 75 - 79 degrees and the pool felt great. It was certainly warmer in the pool than outside of it on those nights. In my experience, if installed correctly, the heater does do what it's made to do.

Such a great heater for us here in Central Wisconsin. Like the description says, it raises the temperature of the water 1 to 2 degrees a day. It's super energy efficient and has allowed us to enjoy swimming on cooler days and nights. Definitely 5 star

So I bought an expensive heater that lasted a year. It had more issues with the pool and the pump that it was always hit or miss on whether the water would be warm. Needless to say it broke this year and was going to cost as much as just buying a new one. I found this while searching and was half the price. It has been wonderful. The water has maintained a nice warm level even with my pool being mostly in the shade.

Works as described, slow but qet the job done. My kids love it. No more cold water.

Customer service at this company is a complete and utter disgrace. We wanted to give the heater some time to see if it was right for us, so we had it for a couple of months. When we decided it was not heating our water, we wanted to replace or return it. We were told that we missed the 30 day window to return it. Asked for a replacement, was told that was only possible if we paid shipping both ways. Horrible customer service, we are stuck with a heater that doesn't heat our water.
