The Soundcore Boom 2 outdoor is super for portable sound. The Boom 2 has deep bass, long playtime, is of functional size and light weight, as well as quick charging. Never had an issues connecting the bluetooth. What was really striking was the great sound. We now own two Boom 2s. Value for money, I'm thinking they have become pricey.

I’m quite impressed with this speaker. It’s not the largest that Soundcore (Anker) offers, but it’s perfect for most people. I’ve been buying Anker products for a long time, and this one is proof that the company continues to improve and invent. This speaker can be managed via the Soundcore app which allows you to fine tune your sound, control different light modes, and explore many extras. The app is universal to most of their speaker and headphone products. As for the speaker, don’t let its size fool you. It is crystal clear even at max volume, and offers more bass than you would expect. Very good with rock, pop, country and similar genres. Punchy bass that delivers. The app’s custom EQ lets you pull even more sound out of the speaker at all frequency levels to get the perfect sound for you. The battery life is great, and the light shows are a nice touch. This speaker is easily loud enough to hear from all ends of the average home, and a great distance outside as well. Perfect for poolside, beach, and tailgating situations. If you are looking for a good Bluetooth speaker with rich sound then give this thing a shot. You won’t be disappointed.

I have the soundcore flare 2 speaker so this is a HUGE upgrade. Worth it!!

Love these for the pool and hot tub. Must have. Not sure why I did not purchase these sooner. We love watching basketball and football best the pool and these are booming!

I love the sound, the larger design is actually great for me (bigger than some portable speakers but easy to carry and it doesn't look awkward sitting in my living room). I play it in large spaces and it fills the room way better than two other speakers I tried. You lose a star for two issues. 1. Being dumb about easy design issues. Add a button...why on earth would anyone think using he Bass button would have anything to do with changing or turning on/off the lights? And make the logos smaller. I already bought the thing, it's not a billboard. 2. Slightly quirky sound. Could have better range when quiet. Experienced an awful glitch when somebody calls when I'm playing music...they hang up before I answer and the speaker jumps to max volume. Holy crap it about blew my left eardrum out (can't prove whether that's you or Apple technically).

Very impressive, I'm a JBL and Bose fan, but for the price this is on point. It has the bass you're looking for and it gets plenty loud. Will buy more and probably get the next step up as well

Very impressed with the quality. The soundcore app has a lot of features and connects quickly to the speaker, allowing you to set the equaliser and play atmospheric audio. The speaker battery lasts for a long time, even with bass and colour mode on and even longer when switched off. The colours are bright and the light show is great fun and also controlled via the app. I have used it without fail in the pouring rain and it still has a great sound. i bought the speaker as an 'Amazon refurbished' unit but it was brand new and the box wasn't even opened.

Heute Abend habe ich den Soundcore by Anker Boom 2 erhalten und Wow!!! Zunächst schaut das Teil verdammt edel aus. Mit dem Tragegriff ist er verdammt handlich. Musik höre ich Oldschool über meinen Ipod und dort haben ich nur die dazugehörigen Voreinstellungen. Dementsprechend muss ein Bluetooth Lautsprecher richtig gut sein und hier beim Boom 2 und beim Ipod die Voreinstellung „Kleine Boxen“ klingt der Boom sowas von GEIL!!! Auf Youtube ein Video gesehen und dadurch auf die Bass Taste aufmerksam geworden, das alleine war der eigentliche Kaufgrund …. Wenn man diese nun drückt…dann ist es fast wie bei den Lautsprechern von Teufel, wenn man die Dynamore Taste drückt!! Ich bin sehr gespannt, wenn ich auf Tour mit ihm bin, wie lange der Akku halten wird, auf jeden Fall egal wo ich den Lautsprecher dabeihabe, wird er sicherlich meine Motivation steigern!!! Kaufen, einschalten und genießen!!!
