Expensive for the features it has to offer.

Watch is good. But the support is non-existent. My charger broke and there is no replacement charger available. This is the problem of using proprietary chargers. They dont have any support system in India. Now the watch is dead and useless without charger

Battery Not good
Good watch , battery is not good compared to previous version ( easily 30days ) Now charging required every 15 days .

Usage quality not as expected.
I purchased this watch for my mom. It’s not as simple to use for the elderly. The phone does not detect the watch easily even if it’s right next to it the display does not light up on arm raises or turn of wrist as promised in the manual. The side button randomly changes hands on the clock. The battery does not last the 30 days or even 20.

Too big for ladies wrist , looks cheep, no return
38mm is like 42mm too big for women/girl hand. No return also accepted and no replacement of different color also… so waste of money.

Step count malfunction
The watch does not count steps properly also There is a sync issue as it gets double counted I am wondering if step count is the issue what happens to ECG temp and other advanced health features
