After purchasing my Dreo portable smart air conditioner, I’m thrilled to share my amazing customer service experience with Amazon shoppers seeking innovative and budget-friendly air cooling solutions, especially those interested in smart air conditioners that blend style and functionality. Like many of you who need this particular kind of cooling solution in the upcoming summer months, I searched for and needed an air conditioner that could be tech-smart, portable, reliable efficient. Not only did my Dreo Air Conditioner meet those requirements, it exceeded my expectations. Friends, this air conditioner provides exceptionally cool, comfortable and clean air for my condo - period! I live in an older high rise building built in the mid-70s in the San Francisco East Bay Area where most buildings were constructed without central air conditioning and typically the weather conditions aren’t very hot. Enter the 2000s and every state in the US now has heatwaves! To resolve this issue especially since my unit is on the top floor and underneath the rooftop of building, I decided to go portable with my air conditioner situation. I initially purchased it for my downstairs living room area and when I installed it, turned it on and felt how incredibly comfortable it felt to have cool air, I decided to get another unit for my upstairs area. And WOW! 🥰 The remotes, the modes, the temp controls, asking Alexa to make it happen and the ease of it all? Two word, folks: GET ONE! Before I forget, I must personally thank the Dreo Team for being incredibly responsive and professional! A BIG THANKS to Tina 💐, who embodies this ethos with enthusiasm and integrity and for making my customer service experience one of the best and most rewarding I’ve had in years! If this is what Dreo customer service, after-purchase care, and courtesy truly feels like, imagine how comfortable and COOL this unit works! Yeah, I’m a Dreo fanboy (don’t tell anyone!), and I can’t wait to get my wall heaters in the fall (probably two!)! Air conditioner works really well - would highly recommend.

I’ve had several “name brand” we portable ac units and they have never really worked all that well. I live in a larger older home with no central air so these are a must! I use one 14000 BTU ac to cool the lower half of my house and this one works AMAZING!!! The others I’ve had in the past have “cooled” the downstairs but never made it cold like this one. I live in northeast Ohio and it’s been 88 and very humid the last few days but my home has been a very comfortable 69 inside! Best ac we’ve had and I’m waiting for my other 2 upstairs to crap out so I can replace them with this same one! This one is very quiet too compared to the others I’ve had too. Installation was a breeze and we had it out of the box, installed and running all within 30 mins (we have older windows so we always have to make modifications to the install kits) so glad I decided to buy this unit!

Is the air conditioning 100% Drain free?? Yes it is!!! Icey cold made for xtra large areas high quality and awesome accessories nice phone app to. 5 STARS in short . My honest thoughts u don’t have to read. the cooling mode is drainage free, dehumidifier mode sucks gallons of water out of the air everyday ofcourse that requires you to attach the included hose equals daily frequent drainage. I didn’t buy it for this mode but it’s nice to have, then there’s the basic fan mode. The Keystones I love. 1.You can connect the unit to your wifi and control it anywhere on your phone with the DREO app. 2. If you every need to drain it for the dehumidifier whatever reason The unit tells you when it needs to be drained with indicators on the display or app. 3. It’s made for a very large area. I have a huge bedroom didn’t think it can actually get icy cold or be as effective with an excessively large bedroom area boy was I wrong. They under sold the area size it’s made for . My master bedroom is half my house…. 3.5 powerful icey cold blower that even at maxed speed it’s quieter then all other brands by a distance but that is why you spent a pretty penny on this unit. 4. High build quality and accessories. Different types of foams for the window insert to the magnetic remote holder on top of the unit From being in the military we had to buy units like these out of our pocket for a/c. I have tried 20 plus of the best different units within the past decade. So if it helps this is my number 1 pick nothing is close , plus not having to drain at all compared to every couple days it’s years ahead of alllll the competition. And if you didn’t know if you buy an indoor a/c you have to drain it every couple of days if not daily and it will flood your floors if u forget which I’ve done multiple times so I am telling you to buy this you will thank me later ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Got this in today and very impressed by the quality. I’ve used cheapy ones in the past and was happy but bought this as an investment. I live in the Mojave desert so I will update if I have a poor experience. But so far very impressed with everything. Just waiting 24 hours to plug in and taking the time to read the instruction manual so nothing goes wrong.

Unfortunately, the unit arrived damaged due to shipping.
