Sugar free but doesn’t taste like it
I’m not sure I’d describe the taste as matching the flavor but I think it tastes great. Drink it daily while breastfeeding and helps me stay hydrated

This is my favorite flavor of liquid IV and sooooo happy it is sugar free!! I drink one of these daily to help with hydration and vitamin intake. Highly recommend!

Tastes like childhood
I live by Liquid IV. As someone with POTS I need to stay hydrated. Plain water gets boring and doesn't help keep a good electrolyte balance. This stuff tastes great. It is also nice to have a sugar free version. I sometimes I add more electrolytes (sodium, magnesium, glycine, potassium) to this if I need a mega dose of volume boosting fluids and it barely affects the taste. I hope they never stop making this rainbow sherbet flavor!
