There are lots of strategy books for startup and business. Seldom find a book on tactics. And better still, it is written on top of the Disciplined Entrepreneurship 24 steps, which I bought too. So it helps add another tactical layer to the strategy above. I recommend this book, but you must first get the Disciplined Entrepreneurship book.
