Nature's Bounty Optimal Solutions Citrus-Flavored Gummies, 80 Ct

I've always taken hair, skin and nails gummies from this brand and I've always liked them. These smell fruity and have a sweet taste. No issue swallowing as they're gummies. I just started taking them about a week ago but I do hope it helps to boost hair growth.

On my 2nd bottle now my nails have definitely grown longer and stronger. My hair does feel a lot fuller as well. As for my skin I love it my complexion has gotten much clearer as well.

The only reason I gave these four stars instead of five, is they are hard to chew. The gummys are tough and rubbery. It's too soon to know if they are helping my nails, or hair, but my skin isn't as dry, and has a better texture to it. It is supposed to be citrus, and there is a faint orange flavor, but there seems to be a tropical flavor also.

Great daily vitamin gummy for skin hair and nails. Great flavor. I love this brand and always buy these. They taste fantastic! And are a great value for the quality you receive with these. I’m very happy with this purchase.

These gummies taste good, serve a good purpose and my nails are stronger. I don't notice much faster growth. I also don't see hair help, but menopause is messing with my hair. They do not have any negative side effects and I don't take with food. The directions say to make sure you chew them thoroughly. The size of the gummies is nice because they are easy to chew 2 at a time.

This does just what it says it can. At 70, my fingernails are harder than ever, my hair is staying thick, and my wrinkles are slowly going away. What can I say? It's awesome.

Great product used it for years, I Bought citrus vitamins for the cheaper price but they taste terrible… I’m never buying this flavor ever again. I’ll stick to strawberry ones
