I had to replace a shower door and when I did, I make an effort to get everything else in the shower top notch. That required extensive cleaning of the remaining glass walls. Based on a recommendation from the shower door company, I bought this to try and keep the glass in good shape. Who knew glass was porous? The kit contains a treatment and a cleaner. The new glass I could treat directly, but he existing glass required the cleaner. Cleaning using the kit is not like using normal glass cleaner on your mirror. The cleaner is used on combination with fine steel wool to get at all build up and scale from the micro pits in the glass. It took some effort, but it was worth it. Once the existing glass was cleaned I applied the treatment. That too is a bit of work but not too bad. Also well worth it. Water beads up and is repelled - it's nothing like untreated glass. Very worthwhile. I've added a squeegee to my shower routine as well. Beads of water clean easily right off the glass - I squeegee the tile as well. After a month, the glass is like new. Very pleased.

Very effective and easy to apply

The contractor who remodeled the main bath highly recommended EnduroShield for the shower glass, so when it came time to redo the guest bath I searched all over for it locally before coming to Amazon. I was able to clean and apply the product easily to the new tub/shower glass doors. The main bath shower glass is still clear even after FOUR YEARS of hard water; of course, we have to squeegee each glass panel after showering, but EnduroShield allows the blade to guide very smoothly, no sticking, and none of the hard water leaves residue. The small box covered both the glass door and large ( 7'x6') side glass.

Did not work as described. Ruined brand new shower glass. I followed the instructions to a T. The product leaves a greasy and fog like film on the glass that is incredibly difficult to remove after a shower. Now we have to use glass cleaner and several dry microfiber cloths after each shower to get all the streaks off. Complete waste of money and has ruined my brand new shower glass!! It was easier to clean before applying this product. Now we are left to figure out to remove it from the glass! From everything that I have read you cannot remove it once applied. I 100% regret applying this to our shower.

We recently remodeled two bathrooms and installed frameless glass shower doors, we did consider paying the glass supplier extra to have a coating applied, but after reading the many helpful reviews we decided to give this product a try. I would, as others have stated, be sure to well ventilate your space during the application process, as the vapors from the spray can become a little overwhelming. I would have probably preferred an extra microfiber cloth in the kit, as the one supplied is small and gets a little too loaded with the material when buffed off after one door application. I didn't have to use the supplied steel wool pads as I was applying to new glass, so I cannot state how clean the glass would be after mineral and soap build up. Two days after application we tried both showers and the results were good, the water beaded up and ran freely down the glass, making it so easy to squeegee off after showers. The coating is totally transparent and streak free. Obviously, I cannot tell how long the coating will last, but hopeful of a few years. I gave it 4 stars due to the smell, the small cloth and longevity? But as far as application and initial use goes, it went on easily and produced the desired effect.

Pretty easy to apply, however it was difficult to see how much and where you applied. There were also some smudges that you can see even once wiped down after a shower. The water does bead up on the glass, and I use a squeeze to get most water off and then use microfiber cloth to complete wipe down. There is one “scratch” on the film, not sure where it came from since the squeeze used is only used on the glass.

Helps keep the shower doors clean, they just need a quick wipe with a soft squeegee with a swift follow up with a microfiber cloth and the doors stay pristine lean. I have just retouched the doors after 12 year of use and to be quite honest, I don't think that I really made a great improvement on the existing treatment when the doors were new. I also treat my car windows which means I don't need to use wipers when travelling at more than 35 mph, but unfortunately using wipers does appear to abrade the surface after 3 or 4 months, but its certainly an improvement over RainX

It only worked for a week... maybe I bought the wrong ones, but it does work.. better of using glass cleaners.....

Little bit of a workout to apply, but the effort certainly is worth it.. Works like a charm on my new glass shower.. No need to dry manually..Leave shower as is and 15 mins after glass is all dry. Highly recommended

After following exact instructions and it looked perfect, was devastated after showering how not only were there water stains every but it took twice as long to clean glass shower doors of the now spotty and greasy looking surface Two hours of my time wasted as well as relatability expensive product

It was just applied. Cleaning was easy enough, product went on easy and the instructions were clear. Next step is to wait to see how it performs.
