Louisiana Pepper Exchange Green Jalapeno Pepper Puree, 64oz Review: This is very expensive. If it were just pepper puree, I could justify paying the high price tag for convenience. I did know that it had salt in it, I just didn't think that it would be so strong. By the time you use enough to give a jalapeno flavor, your dish is too salty to eat. I still haven't tried the jalapeno cornbread, maybe that will change my opinion. I bought this to use professionally, that will never happen
