Today I ate avocado, sweet potato, 2 kiwis, tomato’s, brown sourdough, broccoli and peas and still couldn’t hit my 30g of fibre. “High fibre” foods can have as little as 3G of fibre in it and when you’re on a calorie deficit or rushing around it’s hard to keep track or even meet the daily recommended amount. To have a supplement that is pretty much tasteless and dissolves easily is so good. Less than 20 cals for 15g of fibre is incredible. Only got it today so can’t say anything regarding on how I feel just yet but I’m sure it will do what it says on the packet! I mixed it into some room temp water and some squash and it dissolved and tasted great!

Does the job nicely! However, serving size suggests that 2 teaspoons is 8g so those doing it by that and not weighing it will be surprised that 2 tsp is not 8g. Ao make sure you are using a scale or that you're not too bothered otherwise!

It's been 5 days that I am taking this product. I decided to take some extra fiber after installing a tap water filter and experiencing constipation after over a year of using bottled water. The powder has a very light scent, and a light brown color. At first I added it to my tea. As you see in the pictures the color changed and it couldn't dissolve properly. I think a frother would have solved this but I don't have one. The texture of the tea changed ever so slightly, as the fibre is highly soluble. I am quite sensitive in texture of drinks that include "small pieces", for example i can't stand smoothy texture, or pulp in juices, but I could drink this no problem. I have ended up mixing it in yoghurt and chia puddings where I cannot sense a difference at all. After about 5 days of taking this, I am way less bloated, I have dropped half a kilo and my constipation is going away. I will definitely continue taking this in the future! Highly recommended!

The plus points: Great ingredients and just the combination I was looking for to support weight loss and help assist stomach and support gut health. Perfect mix of soluble and non-soluble fibre. No taste when mixed with other ingredients. Great in smoothies. Negative: Looks and smells terrible. Does not dissolve in water/juice. Settles at the bottom of drinks. Turns drinks a brown colour. Mixed feelings about this but wanted to give it a try due to recommendations and reviews. I bought on offer - would not have at full price and may not purchase again.

Honestly I was a bit sceptic about trying this out. I suffer from gut issues mainly a lot cramping in the lower abdomen and (sorry if TMI but I think it will help someone out) a LOT of gas and constipation. Docters can't/don't think that there is anything wrong but nonetheless I continue to be in pain and discomfort throughout the day all day. It got so bad at one point that I was waking up 3am at night because my stomach was in so much pain with extreme bloating and would have to stay awake until I couldn't anymore and the pain had slightly subsided. The docters prescribed me someone gas relievers, medication for constipation it actually seemed to relieve it for about an hour but the pain would come back with a fiery vengeance. Honestly felt completely hopeless and fed up. I tried naturally things before but nothing was helping apart from marshmallow root herbal tablets which is good for inflammation that at least stopped those 3am wake up groaning in pain nights. But was still getting a lot of discomfort throughout the day and very constipated no matter how much fibre or medication I had. This when I came across this stuff and so far so amazing! It's only been a week and there is such a difference I feel refreshed in the morning I don't feel groggy and headachey, I haven't been constipated and main thing of all no pain!!! I'm not constantly aware of my stomach and can about my day pain free. One though very gassy still but probs down to other factors or just need wait a couple weeks for proper effects and on the back it does say to increase to 2 tbsp slowly over time so shall wait and see further results. But other than that extremely happy with this product and has a lovely taste I have mine with yogurt with live bacteria as I'm getting pre biotics with pro biotics and it taste lovely with some fruit. Try it! Try it! Try it if you suffer tummy issues makes you feel alive again. Sorry for super long paragraph but it really is worth it.

I have cancer and my bloods showed my neutrophils were way too low to undergo chemo so I started looking for an immune booster. I thought this product would fit the bill because of the mainly positive reviews and the fact it’s plant based. I didn’t do what the info suggested and check with my oncologist before buying it; I assumed it would be okay *so beware ... if you’re in the same situation as me and learn from my mistake * I tried it twice and only used 3/4 of a tablespoon mixed with Greek yogurt, maple syrup and several strawberries. It is unusual tasting but definitely not unpleasant - how can it be with all those good things in it? Anyway, I mentioned it during my last visit and my specialist nurse advised me that chemo medication is also plant based so there could be contra indications. As I’d asked her she is obliged to speak to the pharmacy so she has Inspiriko’s links. I’m waiting for the pharmacy to check it out and get back to me so I haven’t tried it since asking. That’s on me! It’ll get eaten by my husband I’m sure, if the answer is to leave it alone. I really hope it’ll be okay though. I love the idea of helping my gut to feel better, especially after all the meds I’m on. So beware ... I kinda assumed it’d be ok but it may not be. Do as Inspiriko suggest and ask the question first before throwing your money down. Ps ... I’m rating 5* because I love the notion of this product - it tastes palatable and it’s full of good things. It isn’t the product’s fault I bought it before checking it out ** Update 21 March 2019: the pharmacy reviewed the info and couldn’t find a reason why I shouldn’t use it. They are leaving it up to me so I will resume use. I would add though, that they checked it against my particular cocktail of medicine. I’d definitely advocate you speak to your own oncologist first!
