Amazing Underwater Fishing Camera for Ice Fishing!
I picked up the FourQ Underwater Fishing Camera (65FT version) last month and have been testing it out on my recent ice fishing trips. As someone who loves fishing, this gadget has added a fun new dimension to my outings, and I wanted to share my thoughts. Pros: Crystal Clear Display: The 4.3-inch HD LCD screen is bright and easy to read, even in the glare of the snow. The underwater footage is sharp, and I could easily spot fish swimming around. Night Vision: The built-in IR lights work great for night fishing or in murky water. I was impressed with how well it performed during early morning sessions. Portable Design: At just 40 kg/88 lbs with the 65ft cable, it’s manageable to carry out onto the ice. The included carrying case is a nice bonus for storage. Battery Life: The 5000mAh battery lasted me about 8-10 hours on a single charge, which is perfect for a full day of fishing. Cons: Setup Time: Initial setup took a bit longer than expected—about 15-20 minutes to get the camera attached and the cable sorted. The instructions could be more detailed. Cable Tangling: The 65ft cable is great for depth, but it can tangle if you’re not careful when reeling it in. A bit more practice helped, though. Overall Experience: This camera has been a game-changer for my ice fishing adventures. The adjustable rod and 12pcs IR lights make it versatile for different conditions, and the portable design means I can take it anywhere. I love watching the underwater action in real-time, and it’s helped me target fish more effectively. The only hiccups were the initial setup and cable management, but once I got the hang of it, it was smooth sailing. Highly recommend this to any fishing enthusiast, especially for ice or kayak fishing!

Game-Changer for My Fishing Trips!
I’ve been using the FourQ Underwater Fishing Camera for a few weeks now, and I have to say—it has completely changed the way I fish! The HD LCD screen is crisp and clear, even in bright daylight. I can actually see the fish swimming around, which makes fishing so much more exciting. The infrared (IR) lights work surprisingly well in murky water, giving me a good view even in low visibility. The cable is long enough to reach deep spots in lakes or long enough to reach the water from a tall fishing pier, and the battery lasts for hours—I’ve gone through several sessions on a single charge. Setup was simple, and the build quality is solid and compact enough to throw in my gear bag. Whether you’re a casual fisherman or a serious angler, this camera is worth every penny. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to take the guesswork out of fishing!

Perfect for Bay Area Lake & Kayak Fishing
I’ve been using this underwater camera around the San Francisco Bay Area — mostly from the dock and my kayak at lakes like Del Valle and Chabot. It’s been super helpful for checking out structure, weeds, and whether fish are actually around my bait. The screen is small but clear, and the camera gives a good view even in murky water. I wasn’t expecting much at this price point, but you can clearly see fish swim by, and it helped me realize how often I’ve been fishing dead water. The 65ft cable gives me plenty of reach even in deeper areas, and the battery lasts me a full afternoon without needing to recharge. One surprise: the infrared lights actually work better than I expected when the water’s not super clear. It doesn’t scare the fish off either. I’ve started bringing this on most weekend trips — it’s made fishing feel a bit more strategic instead of just guessing. If you’re fishing from shore, dock, or kayak around here, this camera’s a solid tool. Not high-tech sonar, but way more satisfying because you can see what’s happening.

Easy Setup and Fun to Use
I’m thoroughly impressed with the FourQ Underwater Fishing Camera! The 4.3-inch HD display provides a clear and vibrant image, allowing me to see underwater activity with incredible detail. Whether I’m fishing from a kayak, boat, or through the ice, this camera delivers reliable performance every time. The 100ft cable is plenty long to explore deeper areas, and the 12 IR lights give excellent visibility even in murky water. What surprised me most is the 5000mAh battery it lasts for hours, so I can enjoy long fishing sessions without worrying about recharging. It’s lightweight, compact, and easy to set up. I’ve already spotted several fish that I would’ve missed using just a regular fish finder. This device adds a whole new level of fun and strategy to my fishing trips. Definitely a great value for the price if you love fishing, this camera is a must-have!

Disappointing and Not Worth the Hype
I had high hopes for this underwater fishing camera, but it turned out to be a major disappointment. The image quality is extremely poor—grainy, blurry, and nothing like the clear promotional photos they advertise. Even in decent lighting, I couldn’t make out anything useful underwater. The screen is small and hard to see in daylight, and the controls are confusing and not user-friendly at all. Battery life was another letdown. It barely lasted 2 hours, even though I fully charged it before use. I tried using a power bank as suggested, but the connection was unreliable and the camera kept restarting. On top of that, the cable feels flimsy and cheap, and I'm worried it won’t hold up with regular use. Overall, this product feels more like a toy than a serious fishing tool. I would not recommend it to anyone who’s actually looking for a functional underwater camera for fishing. Definitely not worth the price.

I'm using it around my boat, inside and out. Wide angle, surprisingly large depth of field and good light sensitivity. I used it twice on the end of a 25' pole to search the bottom for dropped items, sunny day, turbid water, no IR, a few feet off the bottom for a wider view, dropping close for details, then back up to guide a magnet for retrieval. (It is tricky and tedious manoeuvring it on the end of a very long pole, but the alternative was diving with tanks or losing expensive items.) For inspecting/working in confined spaces on the boat, it's great, better than my borescope due to the large depth of field. 1000x time better than an inspection mirror. I've used the IR lights a couple or times, but for my applications natural light is better. It's been used to inspect a keel, check cooling water intakes for clogs and check the settings on a propellor. I have no experience with other fish cameras, but this one has exceeded my expectations.
