They’re exercise bands. I mean they do smell like rubber, but they’re super useful and easy to use. They’re lighter than some I’ve used but still just as dense, so they’re pretty good. The rise of circular bands is annoying because they’re not versatile like these are. Great bands.

These resistance bands work great and come in several colors. The range of motion is excellent and they are very easy to use! The thickness depends on the the amount of resistance you want and the stretch ability also depends upon that as well. There was little or no smell and it came with a nice carry bag!
