Comes ready as pictured
As pictured. Be careful and sure to keep some wire pulled to motor to solder, then carefully push back into arm after insulated joints. Can keep some leads on old motor. Also was easier for me to cut and solder the motor wires just inside the body, vs reterminate at board. see youtube for good examples b4 you start.

Required Surgery to use
I was unaware that the wiring to the motor is secured inside the arm. It is not possible to solder a motor to the used wires as they are cut short. I had to painstakingly slice the plastic open with a razor knife to remove the old wires and thread my original motor wiring through. I would spend the extra money for a new arm with motor if I have to do it again. It was as described so no fault of seller.

Worked Perfectly — Brought My Mini Pro 3 Back to Life
I picked this up to replace a broken front motor arm on my DJI Mini 3, and it fit perfectly. The quality is solid, everything lined up with the original screw points, and the motor runs smooth with no vibration or wobble. My drone flew exactly like normal afterward. If you’re comfortable doing small repairs, this piece makes the process easy and saves you from paying for a full repair service. Great value, OEM-level fit, and my Mini 3 is back in the air without any issues. Definitely recommend.

Advanced repair. But if you have the tools and then know how and the patients it can be done.
It took a while for the part to come, but it came as advertised in pretty good packaging.

Non operable bad part
Showed up broken the tiny plug on the end of gray wire had been crushed prior to me receiving packaging seemed fine. Completely unusable

Took forever to arrive and major difficult to install the motor on it

True DJI mini 3 product
These are exactly what came on my drone originally. Now the installation was no easy task. Unless you are a do it yourself r with most everything, this might be out of some comfort zone. Just because you need to basically disassemble the entire front.

7Braccetto drone inutilizzabile in quanto manca il filo dell'antenna. Dovrebbero uscire 7 fili: 3 del motore, 3 per i led e 1 per l'antenna. Il braccetto è tutto un blocco e la mancanza dell'antenna non può essere sistemata. 1 stella per avermi fatto perdere tempo. Visto il prezzo di quasi 80 euro bisognava fare un controllo certosino prima di metterlo in vendita. Ho avviato il reso.
