A: I know its good cutting walleye,  for sure thats why we got it in the first place.  Took it camping and they caught pike, worked okay.

A: I bought three of these knife twenty five year ago . I bought two more last week to replace one. they are one tought knife i use them for cleaning hundreds of fish, carve turkey and ham. never try briskit but i see no reason why they shouldn,t work
