Do you refrigerate this after opening?

Yes. The jar says "refrigerate after opening" i have left it out overnight a couple of times with no problem. A jar will go fast though if you have more than one person enjoying it. Can't imagine this preserve lasting long enough to go bad, as it is that good..enjoy

Is there any lemon juice or citric acid in the ingredients?

There is citric acid listed in the ingredients.

What are they sweetened with?

Hi. I did a little research. I read some reviews for other flavors of preserves in this same brand, and one of the reviews for the "Berry" (Forest Berries) preserves said that they didn't have any high fructose corn syrup in them but were sweetened only with cane sugar. The review stated, "Nice balance of sweet/tart and NO high fructose syrup. Just fruit and some cane sugar." There is no way to be sure that the cherry preserves are sweetened only with cane sugar unless you can read the label, but they are more than likely sweetened only with cane sugar--just like the berry preserves are--since they are of the same brand.
