Excellent pan! Beautiful. I made a spinach and potato curry dish to test it out and nothing stuck. Everything cooked easily over medium heat (I resisted the very strong urge to raise the temp to speed things up). The pan does take a bit to heat up, which I had to get used to. Also I used the glass lid—perfect. Great seal and the handle stays cool. Even after 20 mins or so of cooking it only got a little warm, never hot. Did not need a mitt. Very pleased with my purchase!

Great, non-stick pan

I’ve had this pan almost 2 months. Nonstick surface works perfectly with just a teaspoon of olive oil. I love the sloped sides, it will hold a good bit of liquid. It’s very easy to clean. I like it so much, I’ve ordered another pan in a smaller size. I recommend these pots and pans. They’re built to last for years.

I would have given it 5 stars except that my new wok/pan is not in mint condition: a bit of blue paint is chipped from the rim area of the pan. I foolishly did not examine the pan after I unboxed it, so I do not know if I actually caused the paint to chip (unlikely), or if I received a defective one. I will not return it, though, as it stir fries food without sticking, cleans up easily, and I can live with it’s imperfection (although next time I will carefully inspect their products immediately upon unboxing them!).
