Only used for a month and noticed a subtle change in my skin. Breakouts were not as persistent and my skin felt smoother. I didn’t notice much with my hair and nails as I was more concerned with my skin, my face to be precise. I will update after continued use as I skipped a month of use and noticed my skin wasn’t progressing as when I was taking the vitamin. I got the gummy’s and most hair vitamin and gummy’s that I get, taste terrible. These are pretty decent. You take two a day. The value is great for all of the ingredients that are in this vitamin. So I’m really hoping that I see Long-term effects eventually. I will update and or edit this post when I have taken the vitamins for at least six weeks so that I can speak on whether or not there’s new hair growth if they are working n if my nails are growing, etc., but for I give it four stars for the packaging, the quality of the taste and when I edit or revise my review, I will then decide if it’s a five star item and I definitely think for the price it’s worth a try and I’ve been taking the same hair skin vitamins for a while and I’m just saying this vitamin has way more ingredients than the vitamins I’ve been taking. The vitamins I’ve been taking they focus a lot on the just biotin, there’s no vitamin E, which is super good for your face like there are in these vitamins. Don’t get me wrong. I want biotin in my vitamins but I want all of that other good stuff too that’s good for the skin and in this vitamin I think they have all the vitamins. ABDE so check it out look at the ingredients and then you can decide if you think they’re worth a try. FYI, no side effects and no stomach upset but I have been taking hair and skin vitamins for 30 years so I don’t know if my opinion on that matters because I’m super used to them maybe not this vitamin but this particular vitamin ⬆️ no side effects no upset stomach. I take them every morning at the same time with my Hashimoto’s medicine And I think it’s super important that any supplement and/or medication that you’re taking that is a long-term medicine I think it’s important, especially vitamins and supplements to take them every morningat the same time everyday for them to be most effective. And FYI I have a hair to my butt so this is coming from somebody who’s taking the vitamins and I have the hair to prove it 10 out of 10 recommend and if I didn’t mention that the price for the vitamins I think is super reasonable.
