So far i'm very happy with these - in particular the sound dampening is very good as long as you get the right fit. I pulled them out after a long days work, and my hearing was muffled. It was driving me insane for hours, head aches, ear aches. I got home and put a ear camera in my ear, and found that the tip of the ear plug broke off in my ear. It was a instant relief when my wife pulled it out with tweezers.I would still recommend them.
