The grey washable heating pad is super soft and comfortable to use. I like that it has 6 different heat settings, which makes it easy to adjust to my needs. While I do wish the heat could get a little hotter, it still definitely did the job and provided the relief I was looking for. The fact that it’s washable is also a big plus. Overall, a good quality heating pad.

This heating pad is great. It's got a powerful heat to it, the most I ever put it on is 3 personally. But I am a bit sensitive to heat. The auto off is great there's multiple settings and it's got a decently long cord as I have it plugged in behind the couch and it reaches to lay up over the back of the couch. Really helps me with tight muscles.

So far I really like this heating pad over my old one! This one has more temperature settings so it’s easier to get it right (not too hot or not hot enough). It’s really soft and comfortable and easier to move around my neck and shoulders to relieve the stress in my neck. I like the size being more suitable to work with and can be used for a variety of reasons. I think it was a very good choice!
