I'll never understand the stigma against plate mount stabs but personally I love them for their easy of access and use, and Durocks have been tried and true since I got into the keyboard hobby. Easy to assemble, easy to use, with well balanced wires. Works in almost every possible board I've used them in and the great thing about plate mount stabs is if they're giving you trouble you can just pop them out and retune versus having to take the board apart and unscrew like with screw in stabs. It's also nice just having to deal with less screws in general. If it's not cherry clip ins, I'll stick to durocks because frankly they're everything you need in a stabilizer.

These are the first plate mount stabilizers I've ever purchased and surprisingly they work great. They also sound great and snap in with ease.

Got these to put in a new Nuphy BH65 keyboard as the stock stabs were not good. Worked perfectly.

Got these for a keyboard that only supports plate mounted stabs, and they work great! sound good and no rattle with proper lubrication. I've been using them for a while now and haven't had to relubricate them since. No rattle, very stable, and fits perfectly into the plate. Would definitely buy again!Another benefit is that I don't have to take the entire board apart to run routine maintenance, since I just have to take out the switch and these come out easy to fully redo.

The media could not be loaded. Easy to install, sound great for the price.

Had issues with installation, but I think it was just the board I was using. When i tried on other boards they felt surprisingly good without any mods. I recommend these and they would probably be amazing when modded.

I was able to fix several keyboards that had 1 or 2 problems here or there. One keyboard i bought had terrible reviews regarding the shift, tab, and space bar having issues with the original stabilizers causing them to get stuck. i popped these in and it made that $35 keyboard feel like $100 keyboard. Will use this product from here on out!

Replacing the stock stabilizers for my Redragon K556 turned into a mini-saga. The PCB won't support screw-in, PCB-mounted stabilizers, so your choices are limited to the plate-mounted variety.Unfortunately, most plate-mounted stabs are tailored for 1.6-mm thick PCBs. The K556 utilizes a 1.2 mm PCB. These Durock V3s will work with either. Definitely an improvement over stock, which tended to "lean" to one side or the other. These stabs keep the keycaps flat and at the appropriate height.I lubed mine with dielectric grease and have no complaints so far. They were easy to install, as well. Only criticism is Durock refuses to include any sort of instructions with their products--not even a link to a webpage. Fortunately, there are online resources available.Strongly recommend.
