I am 81 years old and weigh 220 pounds. I spend about 2-3hours a day using this chair for my computer. I carefully researched the reviews of lots of computer/office chairs before deciding to buy this one. BIG mistake. After only three weeks of using this chair that boasted a 330lb weight capacity I find that I am sitting on the hard base with the filling rising all around me. The corners are beginning to split (see photos) and the seat edging material is of such poor quality that it tears away from the interior at the slightest contact. This chair has had about 21 days of normal usage and already it is beginning to look ragged. I did start to go through the returns process but then noticed right at the very end it stated that returned goods must be in perfect condition or damage charges will be levied from the return value. As this chair is damaged I did not see the point in proceeding as I would probably end up having to pay them more money to take it back. Major point for potential buyers. When looking at all the sales pitch for this chair there is no where that they give you the depth of the seating cushion. They just say it is double padded for extra comfort. Blatant Mis-selling. Don't believe a word that is printed regarding comfort. You'd be more comfortable on an upturned beer crate.
