Bad after taste

I really like the pouch packaging. I am tired of bulky plastic bottles going in the trash. The vitamin is very small and easy to swallow. D is absorbed when taken with a fat, this contains coconut oil making it easy! Due to an injury I am not out in the sun enough so we shall see in a few months if this actually improves my lab results for Vitamin D. Hopeful!!
