Great bamboo hairbrush & affordable!
Really beautiful brush! Im on a healthy hair journey and heard good things about bamboo brushes with reducing tension while brushing hair etc. Also heard it reduces static but I brushed my hair and found that my hair still was getting some static but it's ok not a big deal to me. The bamboo bristles feel sturdy and it's so nice to look at! I went with the lavender cushion and Im happy. Seems to be well made and the wooden art design on the back is very pretty. It comes with a rat tail comb which is nice. I hope it holds up for a long time!! I compare the brush to my wet brush and a random Burlington brush. The wet brush has more surface area it's a little bigger but the Bamboo has these nice spaced out bristles that let you have a more gentle brush experience and the bamboo bristle also stimulates hair follicles for growth so I love that. The burlington brush you can see the bristles are lower quality and theres not a lot of cushion either. Definitely buy this bamboo brush!

The only Brush you’ll ever need or want.
This is actually the 4th brush I have purchased from Sofmild. My first one was in April 2021. It was identical to this one only the color was white. I have also purchased a pocketbook size and a detangler one for shampooing in the shower. I have obviously been extremely satisfied with these brushes for the following reasons: I have long thick hair which gets tangled and becomes snarled especially when it has been braided or tossed around in the weather. Brushing my hair has always been a chore and a hassle since I was a child. I’ve always been on the look out for good brushes and after years of searching I found Sofmild almost 5 years ago. First, the bristles are strong yet go through my hair without pulling or breaking my hair off. I think the bamboo knobs at the end of the bristles soften the strokes going through the hair and the rubber bed moves with the bristles. This seems to minimize the pull experienced with the stolid unyielding base of most brushes. I was worried at first that the material might tear or decinigrate but absolutely not! The rubber is as firm (yet pliable) as the day I received it. I can brush my hair with ease and without pain no matter how snarled. And it takes an incredibly short time. After a lifetime of living with the challenge of long hair I know I’ve found the perfect brush. And even though my hair has thinned as I’ve aged the brush still provides a scalp stimulating experience which I think has kept my hair looking healthy and shiny. I decided to reward myself with a new brush only because I wanted one for my bathroom and one for my bedroom so I don’t have to carry so much back and forth. However, my old brush is still in excellent condition. The brushes are very well made with real wood handles and bases. As stated before the rubber bed is still like new. The only signs of wear are 3 missing bristles and 4 broken ones! And I haven’t been especially gentle with the brush; it’s that well made. Also, the comb that comes with the brush makes cleaning easy and simple. The only “problem” I’ve had is finding a case or sleeve to keep the brush in. I’ve stored it these past 5 years in the original box because I haven’t been able to find anything else the right size or with any protection from drops or curious cats who like to chew on everything. If anyone has found a solution (or if the company has something) I’d like to know. Thank you Sofmild! You have a customer for life.

Feels great on your scalp
Absolutely loving my bamboo hair brush! From the moment I started using it, I could feel the difference. The bristles are gentle yet effective, and they glide through my hair effortlessly, leaving it smooth and tangle-free. What I appreciate most is how it feels on my scalp—it's like a mini massage every time I brush! The bamboo design not only looks beautiful but also feels sustainable, which is a huge plus for me. I’ve noticed less breakage and healthier-looking hair since I started using it. If you're looking for a brush that combines functionality with a touch of luxury, this is it! Highly recommend to anyone wanting to elevate their hair care routine. Five stars all the way! 🌟

A pretty nice hairbrush, it just needs a few more bristles
I like this hairbrush! It's relatively inexpensive, and it works well for my hair type (short, thick, and straight). It seems well built, and it's comfortable to use. I used to have a similarly shaped brush with smaller plastic bristles, and while they fell out after years of use, I do find myself missing the higher number of bristles. The bamboo ones are nice and feel good on your scalp, but it doesn't seem to be quite as effective at brushing out all of my hair on the first pass. The rat-tail comb is a nice bonus as well, since I actually use one of those on a daily basis. It's nice to have a backup, even though I didn't really need it. Overall, this brush is pretty decent. It's not the best, but if you're looking for this general size and shape, this is a good, affordable option.

Hairdresser for over 27yrs and this is the best brush! Feels so good on my scalp, doesn’t snag , glides smoothly, no static cling!!! Makes me want to brush my hair every time I walk past it! Made of bamboo wood, even the bristles!!!

No harsh pulling
I have long straight hair and everything I used other brushes I struggled to get the knots our of my hair without my hair falling. This brush has helped me detangle quicker and I have noticed less hair falling then with other brushes. It's also an elegant brush, definitely recommend for all my straight and long hair ladies looking for the perfect brush.

I love it!
It honestly took me a little while to get used to the feel of a wooden brush compared to plastic. I was surprised to find that it detangles my hair just as well as a plastic brush despite being so much more gentle. Plus, it makes me lose so much less hair from brushing!! I hardly ever have to pull hair out of the brush and clean it because I only lose a few strands at most from brushing. The design is beautiful, and after getting used to it I love the way it feels on my hair. It’s so gentle and painless. It’s also nice and big without being like huge or anything. Great for scalp massaging!! Lastly, I love that it comes with a little tool for hair parting / cleaning the brush. I only wish that was bamboo as well, but it’s still super helpful.

Sooo goood
After years my vented wet brush literally cracked in half in my hair and it was time for a new one. My hair is naturally fine (aka prone af to tangling) but thick, but as I've been bleaching it for fun colors it's that much tanglier (and thinner from breakage). I got a similiar (wooden paddle detangler) brush for maybe $2 more than this one, and the bristles were so thin (as were the lil nubs atop them) that those mfs were snapping off left and right, and before long scraping my scalp. When you bleach the gd thing regularly, you don't need to put constant scratches on that bad boy. It's still early days but the first swoop told me I did much better this time. Bristles and nubs are thicker aka stronger, but somehow create less-not-more resistance when detangling, and the brushing experience (frustrating even before the bleach saga) has dramatically improved. Also looks cute next to my combo detangler/oil distributing brush as they're both wood with flowers. So far love the damn thing 😻💖 P.S. Enjoying complimentary comb as well, dye brushes are pointed on the end but this sections better and helps clean brushes alongside the little metal broom looking doodad I have for the same purpose.
