No added nitrates! Great flavour, question over £/kg
Had been hunting for no added nitrates, none really advertised it, but this one does. Good portion size really tasty. I really rate this one. Small banana for scale. However when looking at the price It says £48/kg based on 405g however there is 300g in the pack so appears cheap, but this is not right.

Shame this had too much gristle rather than meat in a couple of packets because normally they okay.
I have ordered these a couple of times now. Usually good quality or I wouldn't have reordered. Unfortunately this last batch had a couple of packets that were extensively hard gristle rather than the normal meat. In addition the cut quality was unusually uneven and sporadic. I couldn't eat or swallow some of the product. This is unusual. I would have contacted the seller directly but there doesn't seem to be an option other than return the product when most of the other packets are fine.

Good product - misleading description
While the product is tasty the description is misleading - it says 35g per packet - in reality you get 25g. Seriously misleading.

Soft texture
It's possibly the worst dried beef I've had. It doesn't have much flavour either, just unseasoned blood taste which is quite off-putting.

False advertising
Advertised as 35g packets but on arrival they say 25g. That's almost 1/3 less than what I expected. Fortunately, the quality & taste is impeccable. So tasty & no bad bits.
