Super steamy
I’m in love! This steamer is fantastic! I have 3 cats, a dog and two grown men in my home and keeping up with the floors was a nightmare! The water tank is easy to fill and replace. There are three steam levels, which heat very quickly! Performance has been steady for each setting, and the steam output on the highest is perfect for my needs. The pads are easily removable and washable. It takes a little oomph to get it around the corners, but is otherwise easy to manage.

Best machine out there for cleaning tile
Just got this last night and my husband easily put it together. I had for a few days a Roborock vacuum/mopping machine. I sent it back. I really wanted it to work. I had read so many 5 star reviews that I was convinced that it would be just what I wanted. It certainly wasn’t. But this Shark steamer is just perfect. I am so glad that I purchased this. It works really well. I have tile floor with really wide grout (my mistake!) and it’s white (another mistake) - anyway the Shark or probably no machine will get hard spots in the grout so I will manually do that. But it really does a great job on the tile itself. And super easy to manuever. It pushes itself.

Great scrub steam mop
Work as advertised, no more sticky floor. Easy to work with, cleaned great without any floor solution. Only water, take is small but I got done with the kitchen and bathroom floor on one go!

Good product for cleaning without harsh chemicals
Considerable to be use on Vinyl floors, creates good steam with less waiting. Through deeper cleaning. Easy to take off the dirty pads and swap with fresh ones. Smooth sliding with very less disturbance due to it’s noise. Valuable cleaning by steam by getting rid of harmful bacteria/virus especially with small kids in house rolling all over places Can do 400-500sq ft in one full tank with moderate dirt, can use every alternate day so easy handling. Looks and size factor is good and fits well in corner in my apartment. Only thing disliked which took off one star is mop need some extra work to get them clean for next use. I used Tide stain removal spray and let it sit for while and dropped into top load washing machine even after doing hand washing.

Worth it. If you love cleaning and having floors that feel dirt free - this is for you.
I originally bought this just to steam the tile/grout in my showers. Next thing I know - ive done the entire house. One little trick ive been doing is adding a drop or 2 of an essential oil (too much is over powering). I love this steam mop and would consider buying a smaller handheld version for smaller cleaning projects. Water leakage: Zero. Steam quality: 3 settings, does a great job lifting dirt and grime. Heat up: on the highest setting, usually you see steam in roughly 15-secs. Time saving: The unit works flawlessly. I couldn't be happier.

Shark Steamer: A hard working companion, Easy to use and Great results.
I'm a previous Shark Steamer owner. It was a flat steam mop not rotary. I had this one maybe 10 years. That one got water temps to about 180 degrees. It worked really well but left streaks. I had tried other steamers that promised to get water temps to 212 degrees which is boiling point for water. They all failed within months. Too small and too hot. So I continued to use my old Shark Steamer with ok results. I prefer the idea of steaming for cleaning vs the chemical solution for other store bought mops. I bought this one in December 2025, just before Christmas because the old steamer died. I am very pleased. The things I like include the following. 1. Bigger water tank. I can steam clean more before taking the time to refill. The old one took 3 fills to do a small clean like the kitchen and bathrooms. Today I did a much more thorough cleaning, rolling up rugs, moving furniture etc. This was a longer clean time. I filled twice. Very happy. 2. I didn't know if I would like the roller pads as never using before. It actually works well. It is so much easier to move the steamer over the floor and I think it cleans better. Also, I don't get the streaking I got with the old machine. I'm very pleased. 3. It is light weight and easy to maneuver. 4. Steam: So the pads are wet with the steam water and you have a button to push for more steam if you need it. Very nice. Needless to say, I get enough steam to clean the floor. Very happy. 5. The prompts ask about scent? I don't know why. I do put a bit of vinegar in the distilled water. My preference. 6. I use distilled water. 7. The pads are easy to snap on and take off once you get the hang of it. Concerns include: 1. The cord is stiff. The cord on my first steamer was very pliable. The cord gets wrapped around the 2 hooks on the handle. The question I have is will this decrease the life of the cord? I have no idea. Perhaps with use it will be more flexible. I could be just being "new". Time will tell. 2. The cord is shorted than the Shark steamer I had before. I have added a short extension set for ease. 3. The pads work well. They also get very dirty, to be expected. I found that I have to take a strong brush to the the pads before putting them in the washer. Otherwise they come out really cruddy. It's a small step. The old steamer mop head got ugly pretty fast. I have 2 sets going right now and doing well. Over all, I am very very pleased with this Shark Steamer and would recommend.

Works fantastic
this is a pretty amazing piece of kit. Fill up with water, plug it in wiat a bit for it to heat up and then it does an amazing job of cleaning up. Got rid of a lot of tough stuff that had been spilled on my kitchen floor. I have a back injury and hard scrubbing or traditional mopping are not a thing for me. This took care of everything for me. Simple to assemble, easier to use. Make sure to get the extra pad (separate order). It works great!

I'm ditching my traditional mop.
This steam mop really delivers. Cleans my tiles very well. Easy to use. Moves smoothly back and forth and from side to side. Begins steaming in seconds. No more dealing with sticky floors from using too much cleaning product. No more needing to dump nasty water out. No more chemical cleaners. If your floor is really dirty you may want to give it a quick mop with a regular mop, or have a few extra pads handy. But so far, I have had no issues with dirty streaks.
