picked these up to support my health from the inside out—mainly for the anti-inflammatory and detox benefits. I’d heard nettle could help with things like water retention, skin clarity, and general wellbeing, so I thought I’d give it a go. The bags come in a resealable pouch (always handy), and I was genuinely surprised by how strong the brew is. Not one of those weak herbal teas—this actually has a rich, earthy flavour with a slight bite to it that makes it feel like it’s doing something good for your body. I’ve been having one cup a day and already feel less sluggish and puffy. Definitely a great addition if you’re trying to reset or just take better care of yourself.

The package was very high quality. The tea bag material is very high quality and doesn't any undesirable flavour.. The tea itself is absolutely second to none. It has no murky, 'gamey,' weak, or bitter flavour. Just that nice rich chamomile flavour with just a 'barely-there' hint of sweetness. Nice and smooth and savory. Definitely one of the best, if not the best, chamomile I've ever had. I'll definitely be buying this again.
