Brilliant, I've taken Vitamin D3 and K2 for years now as its basically a must Vitamin for people in the UK especially Scotland. I've changed the brand of Vitamin 2 or 3 times over the last 16 years since taking Vitamin D. So many people selling white labelled Vitamins in fancy packaging ect this I'm not a big fan of basically people just making money by buying pre made vitamins in bulk bottling them and selling them and not actually interested in the product they sell. Recently asked Chat GPT what is the best and most trusted Vitamin D3+K2 available on the market and it recommended Zooki and explained it had the extra potion to make it more absorbent. So I tried these and there brilliant I feel the boost in my moral and one thing I always notice with good Vitamin D is your nails become much stronger and grow faster (I know this sounds strange but it's true) So yes five stars from me and I will continue to use these.

I am a big Zooki fan!! I’ve taken their collagen sachets for a good few months now so it was a no brainer for me to try these D3 + K2 supplement! These have 3000IU of vitamin D3 and 100mcg vitamin K2 which is a good amount of each. They are in capsule form which are very palatable and easy to swallow. They are also liposomal for easy absorption which is ideal! The sunshine vitamin which I feel gives that boost when the sun doesn’t show from one week to the next! There is one month supply in this bottle (two capsules per day) so for £23.99 it is a little more expensive than other brands but I believe you pay for quality which is exactly what these are! Packaging is great, lovely well presented glass bottle! They are a yes from me!

I take vitamin D3 regularly having confirmed a deficiency, and it is widely suggested that most people in the UK benefit from supplementation, particularly in winter. Whether it is suitable for you is worth checking with your GP before starting. The capsules are large but not huge, and a good coating makes them easy enough to swallow. Two per serving, 60 capsules giving 30 servings, so a month's supply. Each serving provides 3000IU of D3 combined with 100mcg of K2, which is a useful pairing as K2 helps direct calcium to the right places. The formula is vegan, free from dairy, gluten, soy and GMO ingredients, which covers most bases. The bottle has good health warnings. However it is manufactured in India with no mention of GMP certification, quality marks, or any recognised manufacturing standards on the listing. At £23.99 at time of review for a month's supply that feels difficult to justify when quality UK produced equivalents with clear manufacturing standards are available for the same price or less. The liposomal delivery claim may well be valid but without third party verification it is just a marketing claim.

I do prefer liposomal vitamins as I have had benefits from this type before which was far better than normal types. This do not have a smell to them, they are not large, pretty normal size for capsules and so easy to swallow. There is no aftertaste with these, you get a good dose of vitamins as being liposomal there is no wastage because they are easier to enter your system rather than being somewhat destroyed by one’s stomach. These are a good vit D3.
