bad product ,waste product ,do not buy
defective product and waste of money , cycle is stopped running on first day only 2-3 kms was run then stopped running , bad product , after charge same issue that is stop running only after 1-2 kms ,do not purchase and seller is very bad service ,

High quality product.
Great ride. Just buy it. These guys serve purely made in India product and not importing from China. Also they have home service, and they have wow battery , fire proof and waterproof ip67. I had issue and I called the customer care, they came at home and fixed all problem.

Failures
6 January 2023 I have got a Hum, Kivo and Kivo easy now. All are very good. It would be very much appreciated if they got back wheel shock absorber. The seat and seat support are a little bit hard. Overall good purchase. Update on 4/5/23 Kivo Easy battery failed. It is self discharging. Only 5 Km range. After repeated requests, they are not responding.Only 1000 km total. Don't go for it. Update on 11/11/24 HUM controller failed and I have to pedal for 5 Km to reach my home. It is around 4500 Kms. Please watch before buying. Total 4500 Km for Rs. 38753/- A little bit expensive. Rs.8.60 per Km. I could have used a car !!!
