It’s perfect for my basement workout space. I wanted something comfortable for cardio, plyo, yoga etc because I workout mostly barefoot (occasionally with shoes) and it’s a cement floor. The mat has been awesome and has just the right amount of cushion. All of the workouts I do are Beachbody if that’s helpful for anyone to know. If you buy just one mat, this is not noticeable. If you buy three and try to place them next to each other, the non-square, non-straight edges are readily apparent. It’s impossible to lay three mats next to each other without gapping. I wish I was able to get one mat properly sized for my space.2) They are a bit hard to clean.
