I find it as a good advancement in heat pads, it heats up on electricity, and this small pillow is made of velvet kind of soft material, that allows to give heat and comfort at the same time

Heats up in just a few minutes and really helps with my sore back pain. The only major downside is the plug—it sometimes doesn’t work unless you wiggle it around to find the right position.

This item was delivered in a damaged box in front of my door. The electric cable was out of box. There was no instruction manual inside the box whereas on the box it is written to read instruction manual before use. Will never recommend to buy this product.
