Product does not match description – misleading product
The product is not as described. The item shown on Amazon covers the wrist properly leaving the thumb out, but what I received is a basic strap. Requesting refund as the product does not match listing description

Gel pack broke in 4 days
Within 4 days of usage the gel pack broke and started leaking and is unusable.

Both ice packs burst within days of using it. Would recommend to not buy.
