So I had to take the time to write this review, because buying this product along with imnocitol has made a huge difference in my daughters life. My 16 year old has suffered from depression the last three years, this year has been difficult, a friend took his life and she because severely depressed. I took her to the doctor who put her on anti-depressants (Zoloft to be exact) she became highly suicidal and three weeks ago she took a bottle of pills. 5 days in the hospital and this was the scariest situation I have been in. My daughter swears that the mediation affected her mind set!! I bright her home, she was going to counseling but we decided to take her off any RX. Someone recommended this product to me. I looked it up and decided to give it a shot. I give her one pill in the morning and one imnocirol at night. We are entering week 3 and OMG!! My daughter is a completely different child. She is happier, less stressed, she is sleeping 8 hours, she is focused and slowly getting back to her normal self. She says these pills have really made a difference. If I would have known anti-depressants made my daughter highly suicidal I would never have given them to her. I thank God for this product because I see the difference. My husband has struggled with severe anxiety and depression for several years. He did not want to try pharmaceuticals due to side effects. As a nurse, I respected that decision bc I understand the risks. My functional MD recommended trying this supplement. He noticed a difference within days and now swears by it. The benefits he has gotten are too numerous to measure. No harmful side effects that we have noticed, he is now on month 3. Its expensive but if you can afford it please consider..

I am so tired of reading all of these health articles advising us to all get enough sleep! How are we supposed to do this? It's not like it's a choice or anything; if you have trouble sleeping, you will know what I mean. I have researched everything I can think of on the subject of sleep, such as mattress quality, physical surroundings, effect of exercise on sleep, room temperature, staying off the computer at night, not eating too late, hormone deficiencies including female hormones plus Vitamin D (yes, it is a hormone) and thyroid levels. I've had a lot of bloodwork done as well. Obviously, sleep is a priority to me, but I find it elusive. I have taken prescription products, but don't want to have this be a habit for my lifetime. I stumbled upon three ingredients which supposedly work to aid sleep: GABA, 5-HTP, and L-theanine. This product, amazingly, has all three! I have taken other products made by this company and like them, so that was another plus. I like that the ingredients aren't full of trash and GMOs. I decided I had nothing to lose and ordered this. I have used for about thirty days and can say that I notice slight changes in my sleep for the better. Not to the extent that I would like, but you can't have everything. From the first dose, I noticed a slight calm the next day; great, I'll take that. I also take a slow-release magnesium at night (from Jigsaw Health; look them up) and take 10,000 IU of a liquid vitamin D in the mornings (Pure Encapsulations, available on Amazon). It could be that the combination of these two other items may potentiate the Neurocalm. At any rate, I feel confident at this point that this might be working, so I'm ordering another bottle. I will update if I see significant changes.

I am using it right now for 2 weeks. I noticed that I feel so relaxed all the time, it makes me positive and my mood becomes good at all times. My anxiety reduced notably, my sleep is getting better. Because it helps to produce a serotonin then it will help to reduce Both OCD and stress level as well. Great supplement, I love this product.

My son has been suffering from Motor Tic Disorder and OCD since he was a toddler. His OCD got progressively worse when he entered High School along with his Motor Tics..which were pretty much dorment for years..I think there is a relationship between hormones and Neurological Disorders. My neighbor told me that her daughter was suffering from panick attacks and anxiety and that her therapist recommended this product to her. She said within a week, her daughter began to calm down..was able to go to parties..and she took it everyday. I went ahead and ordered a bottle...that was a year ago...I use it instead of medication. His Motor Tics are still there, but they have been reduced. His mind has gotten much clearer, and he is able to cope better with his OCD...At one point he was doing so well, he decided not to take it..he was like.."I'm better, I don't need it anymore" Well....his anxiety slowly came back and he realized without Neurocalm...he wasn't feeling himself. This product helps with your Neurotransmitters and production of Serotonin. It's our go to product. If my son needs to be medicated when he is out of his teenage years..we'll consider it, but for now, this product is keeping things in check...and his therapist is truly impressed with his progress..he feels he doesn't needs meds..what I'm doing is working great...
