This product shipped QUICK. I have only had this for a day and bought our favorite NY Bagels. Even the BIG Bagels fit in the bagel slicer and this works with such ease!!! I am really excited about this product. Our family loves fresh bagels, I have always hated slicing them, until now :-) There is a BIG difference in between the regular Bagel Biter Slicer and this COMMERCIAL Bagel Biter Slicer, the size is a little bigger to accommodate BIG NY Style Bagels and the blade can withstand high usage...

More substantial than less expensive versions I've also used. Saves my wife from cutting her fingers. Only (small) negative is that the bottom is open - leaves crumbs and poppy seeds on the counter unless you put something under it.
