easy to use, I did may flagstone walkway used half of it

Absorbed into the stone really well, looks great! Went on easily and sealed the stones in a short amount of time. If it lasts, and I assume it will, then this is a very good solution to the finish for the floor in my greenhouse.

Terrible product! Left my entire patio and stairs looking milky like salt stains!

Works as expected, easy application and I can notice the difference compared to the area I did not applied.

Maybe I put this on wrong (I used a roller and sprayer) but where I rolled it on there is a white haze on the flagstone. It does repel water pretty good but the haze looks bad. Will look for another product next time.

This is a quart of product that's ready to use - the label is weirdly printed on and blurry which is somewhat odd, but it states how to use it and that a /gallon/ can cover 100-400sq ft roughly. This is just a quart, so I applied a thin layer using a sprayer to an area. Must have spread it too wide because it didn't really have any stickyness at all, the rocks moved still after letting it settle. It does spray on obviously wet and start sinking in quickly, depending on the porous-ness of the stone you're using and it did settle clear so no wet look after the fact, but you need a LOT more to get somewhere.
