They do what they say, i appreciate that they are natural. And no crazy additives. ### ⭐⭐⭐ No impact *by J***W on July 19, 2024* I did not experience side effects or improvement. Tried following instructions and also doubling the dosage. ### ⭐ Be very careful with this product *by M***O on October 24, 2024* First off, I"m not convinced it actually did what it said it would/could do. Second, my experience with this item is that it caused the potassium levels in my bloodstream to approach an extremely dangerous level. I was lucky enough that I was having labs drawn around the time I started taking this drug (about a week into using it) and caught it early. And yes, it was actually the product that caused the dangerous increase in potassium in my blood, as when I stopped taking the drug and was retested the next day, the K level had dropped back to normal range (4.6) from a whopping 5.5. The only thing that changed to get back to a normal score was removing the drug from my regimen.
