I put them on a PCP air gun, they fit well and hold the scope securely. **Q: How tall are these rings from top to bottom?** A: Overall height is about 2 inches. From the top of the rifle receiver to the barrel of the scope is about 1 inch.l **Q: Would this work on a tikka t3 with 17mm rail** A: Depends on caliber and recoil. Rings base mounting screws is only 3 mm dia. vs leapers 4mm, for same mount. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars *by A***L on Reviewed in Canada on 17 April 2015* thank you perfect ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Worked for a Crosman SSP250 pistol, but not perfect. *by C***E on Reviewed in the United States on 22 August 2014* Fitting to the dovetail on an old Crosman SSP 250 pistol proved to be challenging. The clamps are made for a flatter top barrel, and the SSP 250 is rounded. I did get them mounted but I would not want them on anything beyond a CO2 powered gun as the recoil of springers and nitro piston rifles would bounce them right off. I think more recent guns from Crosman may have the dovetail milled differently so that they would work on the newer guns. They were tall enough so I could mount a 3x9x40 AO scope which needed the extra height because of the front adjustable objective of the 40mm front.
