excellent product! i felt the difference since i used it, I went Through Dozens Of Products and this was the one i felt it was working! it is kind of expensive though!

I researched Bali travel tips and an Australian doctor who travels to Bali often recommended this type of probiotic for there. We took 1 capsule per day, one week before our trip, and continued taking one/day when there. We had ZERO issues with the food. We still ordered bottled water, so can’t say how much they protect against drinking tap water. One night I did accidentally drink a glass of soda water that was probably made from local water because I had minor cramping later that night and mild IBS. Only lasted a couple hours until everything passed. So I recommend this product and even taking 2 capsules a day if you want to make extra sure.

Great product to protect your gut and colon flora while you are on antibiotics, which wipe out all bacteria and flora, both good and bad.
