ASICS Women's MATBLAZER Wrestling Shoes

These were the best shoes I’ve ever purchased! I’ve had PLENTY of other shoes (Rudis/adidas/Nike) but none of them feel as well as these ASICS. They are extremely lightweight and allow for more comfort and movement on the mat, the grip is great, they’re super easy to break in, very durable, and a great lightweight quality. Other shoes make me feet feel suffocated but these shoes provide a lot of airflow and comfort. I am a size 7- but I listened to the reviews and sized up 1.5. I purchased a pair of 8.5’s and they fit perfectly! They’re a tad too big, but the 8’s would’ve been tight and I prefer a little more room so I recommend sizing up a size if you like tight fitted shoes but 1.5 if you prefer more toe room. I 100% recommend! Other shoes aren’t made for women’s feet, but these shoes are. They are designed for women’s feet’s comfort and are overall a great shoe. 5 star rating!

The shoes run small, so make sure you sizes up two sizes But overall very comfortable. Very cute. And pretty. I’m very light.

Nice shoes

These are my first wrestling shoes and I will say they’re not bad. They are a little tight but that’s completely fine because you’ll need that grip when you’re on the mat. And over time they do mold to your feet. I use them about 3-5 times a week not including matches just practice for about an hour and a half + they get the job done. Over time the flap underneath the laces did start to fray but that’s okay since I do use them a lot. The grip it’s bad neither is the flexibility. I recommend these comparing them to other wrestling shoes that are on the more pricey side. They do come with two different colored laces if you wanna change them out. Update: I’ve had these shoes for almost a year now and when I tell you they have not failed me at all!!! I’m using them more frequently now than ever before and everything is still great other than the minor fraying on the flap previously mentioned, and I would buy these again or just any ASICS wrestling shoes in general. Btw I’ve noticed that these shoes have laces that are just long enough which is a minor detail most wrestling shoe companies don’t notice. If your shoe laces come undone during a match or are “too long” that can cost you points. Second update: I had the shoes for two years and completed three full seasons with them. Over time I did wrestle a lot more than previously mentioned (boys folk style and girls free style). These shoes got me through some of my toughest matches, best and worst conditioning days. All I can say is, they did not disappoint. At the moment I have retired my wrestling career and finished off my senior year of high school with more matches won than ever before, when I purchased them I didn’t know what amazing journeys and memories would come with them but they’re now an item that hold so much value to me. If you’re thinking about getting these I highly suggest it!!! You never know where you’re shoes will take you 💞

Daughter loved them. Lasted great so far. Almost three years.

I ordered half size bigger (I’m 6.5 and ordered a 7) and the shoes are narrow in the toes and make me use very thin socks. I recommend ordering one or 1.5 sizes above shoe size for better fit.
