This is one is one of the best moisturising creams for sensitive dry skin/allergy prone skin. Great for winter also but I do also use it all year round.

Brilliant if you have a skin flare up as it's healing and non-comodogenic. Good for Perioral Dermatitis.

This product has a beautiful consistency which absorbs immediately, However, It does leave a shine on the skin, which is probay the astringent in the product but I notice that their cicaplast mains, (cicaplast for hands), Doesn't do this, and although the cicaplast mains is thicker, it can be applied and spread better on damp hands, besides causing the skin to feel smoother, too. Nor do I think it's as effective as their cicaplast baume. For me it's the glossy shine that' a deal breaker and that it doesn't seem to do anything that their baume or hand gel doesn't do.

Just re-purchased this. Used it to aid recovery after blepharoplasty. So soothing. Need the smallest amount. Use it every other night now. Last for months. Great brand

My go to if I hve an issue on an isolated area on my skin. But not as a moisturiser though as it itches like crazy!

IT HEALED MY SKIN BARRIER!!! my skin was very damaged from using a cheap salicylic acid cleanser and used to burn from anything but after only 2 days of using this, my skin stopped burning. And also i did stop using the acid cleanser as soon as i started using this and switched to BOJ cleanser which also helped a lot but this is very but PLEASE AVOID THE EYE AREA LIKE THE PRODUCT SAYS🙏🏼 it made my eyes water when I did that so it is sad that I have to use another moisturiser specially for my eyes but except for the eye part, it is a good moisturiser and I only need 2 pea sized amounts per use as it is quite heavy but my skin gets oily easy so yeah. It piles well under makeup and over skincare. It gives a shiny finish for me which I love, however if u don't like a shiny finish then I wouldn't recommend. EDIT: ITS DEFINITELY NOT FOR EVERYDAY USE AND ONLY FOR WHEN YOUR SKIN IS COMPROMISED AND NEEDS IT. I have oily skin so no. But what I have said above it all true. Just don't use it as an everyday moisturizer. Im not sure if this broke me out but I think it is probably so only use when you really need.

Ho usato questa crema per una forma di irritazione che mi era venuta dopo una forte infezione virale, come esito della disidratazione cutanea ed avevo pertanto pelle arrossata, piccoli ponfi e screpolature. La pelle tirava ed era pruriginosa. In foto si vede bene l' irritazione che avevo. Sono stata così per 5 giorni fino a che non ho usato Cicaplast. L' ho messa la sera e al mattino non avevo più niente !!! Per me è ottima ! Ha una texture molto corposa, lascia come un film sulla pelle perciò non è molto piacevole ma è estremamente utile contro le irritazioni. Non va usata nella zona perioculare né su tutto il viso ma solo dove la pelle è irritata perché, appunto, può risultare comedogena. La consiglio vivamente

Can’t tell how effective it is cuz I don’t have two identical scars to compare, but it feels good on the skin. Elasticity improved although I’m not sure if its due to the product’s usage or just naturally, but still bought a second tube.
